Queensland Raceway hosted the third event of the GT World Challenge Australia Championship on May 31-June 1St . The two races were challenging for the team but a decent haul of points saw us leave with both Driver’s and Team’s Championship leads intact.

Qualifying was held in damp conditions and the Ferrari 296 cars struggled on full dry settings resulting in Jaxon Evans qualifying 6th and Aaron Love in 10th in the Pro drivers session. Elliot Schutte was 4th and Steve Wyatt 9th in the AM session. Race One saw  Schutte as high as 3rd place in the #26 Ferrari whilst Wyatt climbed to 6th place in the #77. However the #77 was delayed leaving the pit lane due to traffic and the #26 received a drive-thru penalty for a pit stop infringement. Despite the setbacks Evans took the chequered flag in 3rd place with Love in 5th.

The Pro drivers start the Sunday race and Evans and Love ran in 4th and 5th places in a train of cars vying for 2nd place. Wyatt emerged in 2nd place after the pit stops with Schutte in 5th. A couple of safety cars made for an interesting run to the flag with Wyatt finishing 4th with his team mate just behind.

The #77 had its most competitive event to date whilst the #26 was able to score a decent haul of points in a challenging event for the crew. Jaxon Evans set a new lap record for the circuit. Next round is at Sandown on July 26-27
