Arise GT, who have technical support from Eurasia, maintained their GT World Challenge Australia Championship lead with the Ferrari 296 GT3 attaining a win and a third place in the two races held at Sandown near Melbourne on July 26-27. Meanwhile at Sepang in Malaysia Eurasia achieved Cup Class victories in both races held for the TCR Asia Championship. Eurasia was also the Team Champion for the event with our pair of  Hyundai Elantra N TCR cars.

At Sepang Red Diwa finished second overall, first in the Cup Class, in race one but unfortunately the clutch broke at the start of race two. His team mate, Andy Liang, was able to finish second overall, first in Cup Class, to end a good weekend. He had finished third overall, second in the Cup Class, in race one.

In Australia Jaxon Evans and Elliotte Schutte took an accomplished win in race one at Sandown after a tense battle for the lead with Schutte, who had qualified on pole,  maintaining third place in a close battle for the lead. A slick pit stop by the team saw Evans emerge in the lead which he maintained to the flag despite tremendous pressure. The win was particularly meaningful for Evans, who dedicated it to the late Tim Miles—a cherished family friend and long-time supporter of his racing journey.

The Jordan Love and Steve Wyatt car finished sixth at the flag after a determined drive from both drivers.

Race two was held in wet conditions which resulted in the expected chaotic race. Jordan Love, who started from pole position in the #77 Arise GT Ferrari, spun down to 13th on the first lap with Evans crossing the line in 4th. After a safety car period Evans was up to third when he pitted to hand over to Elliott Schutte. A fantastic pit stop negated most of the 15 second pit stop success penalty with Schutte hunting down the third place car taking the place on the final lap.

The Jordan Love and Steve Wyatt #77 finished 7th after a good stints by both drivers.

Evans and Schutte now have a 30 point championship lead over the Broc Feeney and Brad Schumacher car whilst the team lead the Team Championship by 11 points over MPC. Next round will be held at The Bend on September 5-7th.
