Antonio Giovinazzi, Parth Ghorpade and Sean GelaelĀ qualified in that order in both qualifying sessions at the Sepang International Circuit and will start races one and three of the event in that order. The race two starting grid is determined from the finishing positions of race one which will be held today, Saturday 3rd November.
Giovinazzi, his confidence high since winning two races in European Formula Abarth at Monza, set the mark with a 2m 5.9 second lap with Ghoparde heading a close group in the low 2m 7 second bracket. Sean Gelael was within a tenth of his team mate in both sessions.
