After a successful test at the Sepang Circuit the team are confident of being competitive at the next round of the Formula BMW Asia Series which will be held at the Sepang Circuit on May 14th
Aaron Lim proved to be extremely fast throughout the recent three day test demonstrating his problems at the Sepang GP event are now behind him. Australian Daniel Ricciardo was right on the pace and is confident he is podium material whilst New Zealander, Dominic Storey, was also improving each time he got in the car. Indonesian, Zahir Ali, has always had the pace but proved his starts need some work during the GP support race. He made many practice starts at the test and is now confident he can get the car off the line as quick as anyone out there.
The real season starts this weekend with AFOS events every month and the results from Sepang will probably set the standard for the year. “Any one of our four drivers can get their breakthrough win this weekend” says Team Manager Martin Quick, “and they are pushing other in a constructive way to become ever more competitive.
