Martin was technical director of Eurotech Motorsport and led them to eleven British National Porsche Championship wins from 1989 to 1993. He was also Team Manager of the factory supported Peugeot team in the British Touring Car Championship, as well as the Eurotech BMW Team that finished second in the British Saloon Car Championship and won the prestigious Willhire 24 Hour race.
Since moving to Asia in 1994 he has held Team Manager and Engineer roles with two AF2000 championship-winning outfits and twice engineered the race-winning car in the prestigious Merdeka 12 Hour race, before joining Mark Goddard and Piers Hunnisett in forming Eurasia Motorsport in 2003.
