Following a successful campaign in Season Zero of the E1 Championship GT Radial Eurasia Motorsport are returning for Season One and retaining the same all Filipino driver line up of Inigo Anton and Joaquin Garrido.

The first round of the eight-event championship will be held on the Red Bull Ring Circuit this Wednesday April 7th at 21.00 South East Asian time, 14:00 GMT and will be live on Facebook.

In the team’s first foray into eSports with support from GT Radial, Inigo Anton finished fourth overall in the Season Zero Championship with his teammate, Joaquin Garrido, finishing just outside of the top ten.

Team Principal, Mark Goddard, believes that with a season of experience the team can be confident they will be fighting for podium finishes at all the events.

“Inigo really made a name for himself last season and Joaquin has shown tremendous potential,” he stated. “They are both still on an upward learning curve, whilst most of the other front-running drivers have reached their performance plateau already.

“Thanks to the support of GT Radial the all-Filipino team are looking forward to a successful season. One of Eurasia Motorsports ‘real life’ engineers, Han Lip Tan, will again look after the cars set up and race strategy.”
