Aaron Lim finished 5th at the challenging Bira track in Thailand after a race long dice with Charlez and Robert Boughey whilst de Zoysa crashed out after contact with An Suk Won. Chan finished 8th.

Lim was passed by Charlez at the start and spent most of the race attempting to pass whilst holding off Robert Boughey. A failed attempt to pass Charlez at turn one saw an opportunistic Boughey get by and they finished in that order with Charlez in third place. Hamad won from early leader Patrizi whilst Salman crashed out of third with a lap to go. de Zoysa had been racing with Korean An Suk Won when the latter ran wide at turn one and crashed into the Minardi driver as he tried to regain the track. Chan spent most of the race trapped behind Wang Jian Wei, romping away from Wei once he found a way past.

Lim starts round 6 in 7th place with de Zoysa 9th and Chan 10th.
