Season Two of the E1 Championship got underway last week at Interlagos in Brazil and once again GT Radial Eurasia took part in the first of eight rounds of the series, which take place every Wednesday at 21:00 local time (GMT +8) through to 8 November.

With a total prize pool of $16,000 USD, featuring ten teams and 20 drivers, the aim of the series is to showcase rising talent using simulator data that would be relevant in a real-world scenario.

For GT Radial Eurasia, its driver line-up of Inigo Anton and ‘Wakkeen’ Joaquin Garrido continue together for the third straight season, securing 21 championship points at the season-opening race in Brazil to place the team sixth in the standings.

This week (1 September), the team will compete at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, home of the Canadian Grand Prix, in what is a challenging, low downforce, circuit located on the artificial island Notre Dame.
