Arise GT finish second in GTWC Australia after a dramatic final round

Defeat was snatched from the jaws of victory in the stewards room after Elliott Schutte and Jaxon Evans had done enough in the final race to clinch both Driver and Team titles. However Schutte was adjudged to have accelerated too early at a late safety car restart with the time penalty awarded handing the championship to Brad Schumacher. A bitter blow after leading both championships from first race to last. It ended a good year for Schumacher who ironically had won the PROAM Class in the 2025 Bathurst 12H in an Arise GT Ferrari alongside Schutte and Evans.

The team which competes with technical support from Eurasia Motorsport will come back stronger in 2026 which will begin at the Bathurst 12h next February.
