Ricciardo, who raced for Eurasia Motorsport in the 2006 Formula BMW Asia Series, demonstrates that the Formula One dream can become a reality for Formula BMW Pacific racers and that a combination of Formula BMW and Eurasia’s renowned driver development program really does produce the F1 stars of tomorrow.
Ricciardo, a race winner in his first year of International car racing with Eurasia Motorsport, went on to impress Red Bull with his performances in Europe and this year was a runaway British Formula Three Champion. “We are really happy for Daniel, not only is he an extremely talented driver but he is also a great guy and he fully deserves his success” stated Mark Goddard of Eurasia Motorsport. “Its gratifying for the team that we are playing a major role in the development of young drivers”.
