Eurasia Motorsport’s Antonio Giovinazzi left Ordos as championship leader after taking two wins and a third place from the three races. Team Mate, Sean Gelael, increased his lead in the Asian Driver Class with two second overall finishes, both first in class. Parth Ghorpade made it an all Eurasia podium in race two and followed up with a second overall, first in the Asian Driver Class in the final race.

Antonio Giovinazzi led from lights to flag in the first race despite constant pressure from Gelael. Parth Ghorpade had been running in fourth but a quick off relegated him to fourth. The second race saw Antonio just hold Sean at bay from the lights and that is how they finished followed by Parth making it a Eurasia podium lockout.

Sean Gelael started from pole position for race three but lost out to Dan Wells at the start. Parth had started 5th but came by in third at the end of lap one and that became second after Gelael retired with an overheated engine. Giovinazzi cemented his championship lead with third place.

The next round of the series will be held at the Guangdong International Circuit on September 16th.
