William Lok KL The organizer of the Formula Masters China Series have announced a new class for drivers over 30 years old. They will take part in the same race as the young up and coming drivers but will be racing for their own championship and a separate podium for each race. Its an ideal platform for older drivers to develop their skills prior to moving up to LMP or GT or just a way to have fun in a manufacturer backed single seater series which offers top class hospitality and media coverage.

“Eurasia will be very happy to enter the new Masters Trophy, it’s a good fit for the older driver who wants to improve their skills not only for Formula cars but also in GT and LMP.” reports Team Principal Mark Goddard. “We have had many drivers test in our Formula cars prior to racing in LMP and GT and they have all improved their performance in the larger cars. William Lok for example raced in FMCS for a couple of rounds last year as a warm up for his LMP2 drive with us in Asian Le Mans. As the VW Group organize the series we have first class hospitality amenities at the circuit and of course the media coverage expected for the premier Formula Car Series in region”.
