Testing for Formula Pilota will take place at the Zhuhai International Circuit in China, close to Hong Kong and Macau, this April. Three of the team’s four cars are filled for the season. Drivers interested in racing for the 2011 Formula Pilota Maters Champion Team should contact us now to book a seat for testing. Dates are April 2-3 and 16-18.
The Overall Champion and the best Asian driver both receive a place in the Ferrari Academy ‘run off’ giving drivers the opportunity to impress the iconic team enough to become a member of the Ferrari Driver Development Program.
The Formula Pilota Series takes place over 18 races at six events, one each at F1 circuits Sepang and Shanghai, two events at Zhuhai and one each at Ordos and Taiwan.
