Rookie Eric Lichtenstein, in only his second Formula car event, finished 5th in round five of the Formula Pilota China Championship held at the Shanghai F1 GP circuit. Held in wet conditions it was also his first wet race and he impressed with a fine controlled drive. (more…)

Guangdong International Circuit today witnessed the first ever Formula Pilota China event. Chinese driver, David Zhu, qualified his Eurasia Motorsport car 6th in the 15 car field and finished the race fourth overall, first in the Asian Class, after a successful inaugural race for the new Series.
