Eurasia winter testing starts – Dec 7 06

Eurasia started their winter testing this week at the Zhuhai Circuit in China. Zahir Ali ran for two days in a Formula BMW car in almost perfect weather conditions. Ali hopes to maximise his pre-season testing in order to start the 2007 Championship as competively as possible. (more…)

Daniel Ricciardo just failed to win another thrilling race after a race long dice with Earl Bamber. Dominic Storey finished a fine third with Zahir Ali fourth and Aaron Lim sixth. (more…)

Daniel Ricciardo finished second with a storming drive through the field after a first lap “off” whilst Dominic Storey again completed the podium after a thrilling four way dice. Zahir Ali was 5th and Aaron Lim 6th. (more…)

Daniel Ricciardo started on pole position, led from the start and soaked up pressure from Earl Bamber for the whole race until Bamber forced his way past on the last corner of the last lap in a controversial pass which Ricciardo felt was completed under yellow flags. (more…)

Aaron Lim aiming high in Zhuhai – Oct 18 06

Malaysian Aaron Lim is aiming to end the year on a high note in the final round of the Formula BMW Asia Series to be held at the Zhuhai International Circuit in China on October 22nd. Lim currently lies fifth in the Championship and his aim is to take fourth place from James Grunwell. He…

Zahir Ali knows Zhuhai, he has raced there in the Formula Renault series and he hopes this will give him the edge when F.BMW Asia visit the Chinese track for the final round on the 2006 Series on October 22nd. (more…)
